Used compressed air receivers
An air receiver forms part of the compressed air installation and must suit its pressure and layout. Compare the receivers at Machinery Resale using the vessel's own identification and documentation.
What to compare
Check vessel volume, maximum allowable pressure, connections and the space needed for installation. Ask for the nameplate details and available inspection records rather than inferring suitability from the tank's dimensions.
Select the complete setup
Also check the condensate drain and which fittings are supplied. A receiver should be assessed together with the compressor and the downstream system. Provide the intended working pressure and installation location when asking about a particular vessel.
